Social engineering is the art of psychological manipulation used by criminals to gain
entry into a building, system or data to steal confidential information. Attackers in this
context of information security employ a confidence trick to win the psychological mind of
people into divulging private data to them. Social engineers tend to be an opportunist of the
way human beings behave in order to create a scam. For instance, if they want to gain access
to a certain facility, they would just walk briskly to the building and ask someone to let them
