CAUSES OF GLOBAL WARMING
Introduction
Climate keeps on changing as a result of human activities on the environment. The

climate refers to the average weather conditions experienced in an area over a long period. The
weather entails the day to day conditions of the sky. It can be sunny, rainy, and chilly among
other conditions. The cumulative conditions over a long period form the climatic conditions of
an area. Human activities on the environment have been greatly linked to climatic change which
leads to global warming. Deforestation, for instance, leads to clearance of the forests hence
making an area to be a desert. This way, the land is rendered less useful for agricultural activities
as desertification contributes to low rainfall levels in a region. This paper seeks to research and
explore in deep the major causes of global warming and how climatic change contributes to it.
The key human activities and actions on the environment that impacts on the environment
significantly will be examined as well.
Research question.
The research question for this paper will be, what causes global warming? The various
actions and activities that contribute to global warming will be explored in this research. By
determining the key factors that lead to global warming, the research question will have been
answered effectively. Global warming has been one of the greatest challenge faced in the world.
As such, by identifying the contributing factors to it. The solutions to it can be determined hence
leading to improved and better living in the society.
Discussion
Global warming refers to a gradual change in climate that leads to a rise in temperatures
hence affecting the weather patterns experienced worldwide (Harvey, 2016). Global warming,

for instance, has led to increasing in the temperatures that makes some parts drier and desert-like.
The desertification effect brought by the climatic change lowers the quality of the lives of the
people in the society. Global warming is however sometimes characterized b...
