After watching the videos below and reading about the Balanced Scorecard in Chapter 12, compare and contrast the Balanced Scorecard to one of the IT frameworks below (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, CMMI-Dev). Describe the context in which the Balanced Scorecard and the IT framework would be used. The paper should 3-4 pages in APA format, not counting the title and reference pages. Make sure you include in-text citations. Your paper should cite at least 3 peer-reviewed articles on IT governance frameworks. Introduction
Technology has grown and integrated into every aspect of life. Hospitals, airports,
schools and many other enterprises and institutions use technology to run their operations.
Businesses too have adopted technology in their day to day activities. Cloud computing; in
particular, has proved to be of great benefit to the business owners and their enterprises. As much
as cloud computing has been of interest to the businesses, the lack of proper governance on its
use poses a challenge where the technology will slowly become useless to business owners as a
result of several factors. According to Veal, several factors necessitate the governance of cloud
