helps set it apart from other fast-food franchises in the market. Since its inceptions, Sonic has
always strived to introduce unique menus that are tailored towards meeting the needs and
demands of the customers (Schwab, 2015). The menu selections of the company are not only
unique but also customized to meet the changing needs of the customers in the market. With
wide arrays of menus, the franchise has been in a position to win the attention and loyalty of the
customers in the market.
Unlike its major competitors such as McDonald, Burger King, and Wendy that uses
drive-thru and walk-in models, Sonic operates with a drive-in model. In all the locations,
customers are offered an opportunity to pull up and park at the drive-in (Taylor, 2016). Apart
