However, there are many definitions of unsafe abortion and the most important one is an operation that unlicensed practitioners or individuals illegally perform abortions. Also, when adult ladies use improper tools to miscarriage their babies, that would be considered as unsafe abortion. According to Lisa Hadded, approximately 40% of pregnant women around the world would take severe medicine such as herbal combination or start to drink some dangerous liquor s to get rid of their babies and that would be considered as unsafe abortion. In fact, that there are some women that have survived the unsafe abortion, but they would high percentage of having reproductive problems that may last for long time (WHO). For that reason, the need of having reproductive health care is a must to decrees the severe side effects of unsafe abortion that have been the main problem in the world throughout the years. Due to having several problems of unsafe abortion, women should prevent these problems before it happens. There are several ways to prevent the pregnancy such as birth control, pills and men wearing condoms. Although, there are many organizations that support safe abortion such as Planned Parenthood, this organization provides health care to the ladies who need it, however this organization has faced finical issues which made difficult for Almazrua2 them to provide medical services. In fact, in each five women in age under 25, two ladies would risk their life to do unsafe abortion (Richard). However there some organizations who does not support abortion at all such as Pro-Life Action League, this organization believes that pregnant women should never give up their babies in any reason, but people have their own choice and they need be more responsible of what they are going to do with their body that why I think providing qualified hospitals that would do safe abortion would ne the best solution. Moreover, the gender’s majority who attend to USF is female, which is 55% of the total populace. Hence, USF should help the organizations by funding them to reduce the unsafe abortion, and best way to reinforce Planned Parenthood and IPAS is to collect donations and support them in every way so they can easily provide reproductive health care for more and more women.” “There are some ladies who are lucky and survive hazardous abortion, but whoever get through unsafe abortion and live would have some permanent reproductive issues. Referring to data base of US National Library of Medicine conducts that unsafe abortion provokes 70 thousands maternal mortalities yearly. In another words, unsafe abortion is parlous because it might cause either death or permeant sever diseases. Additionally, ladies who had done unsafe abortion due to getting rid of their babies, might go through a lot in their lives, and that would affect their personal and health life because of pernicious complications (Haddad). For example, the major dangerous entanglements occur due to having risky fetus removal are abnormal vaginal bleeding, stomach torment, contamination, besides these symptoms need to be focused by the organization and provide healthcare. Nowadays, there are around 45% of the women around the world have problems with their ability to reproductive due to the huge difficulty in assessing it, which implies most ladies who have complexities after experiencing unsafe abortion cannot get enough medical attention to save from death(WHO). According to world health Almazrua3 organization (WHO) “The legal requirement for doctors and other health-care personnel to report cases of women who have undergone abortion, delays care and increases the risks to women’s health and lives” (WHO). In other words, that women do not get the enough reproductive health, even though it’s offered. The lack of reproductive health makes women wait for a long time to get their turn which will make the women’s situation getting worse. ” “The best way to get rid of hazardous effects of unsafe abortion that requires to make huge improvement on reproductive health. According Elizabieth believes “when safe abortion is difficult to access, many women go to private practitioners to preform unsafe and illegal abortion” (Ahman, 19). Which means, that the way to get to services in reproductive health providers is hard or barley possible which makes that there is no choices for the females except go to unqualified doctors and do unsafe abortion. Therefore, the best solution for this issue to establish several legal abortion centers who are educated and know what are they doing. With all what has been said, the best way to make a huge development in reproductive health, public healthcare must be provided to all women to get a healthier abortion without paying the hospital fees nor the meds and online classes to make women aware of the abortion’s consequences. In that way, most of the huge problems would be avoided, and unsafe abortion would be decreasing by the time. Moreover, WHO believes that technology such as vacuum aspiration and Almazrua4 dilation would help would make huge different in the idea of the abortion. All these way would aid in spreading availability of safe abortion.
