Reflection.
The course has presented different critical concepts that were more valuable. The
concept that was more significant throughout the course was the comprehension of
foundational topics in regard to managerial evaluation, as well as the primary comparison
between accounting and finance, which promotes further learning. Gaining insight regarding
the goals and functions of financial management, as well as primary basics in financial
evaluation and interpretation of ratios, has helped me gain critical skills in evaluating the
corporation’s financial well-being. The main principle linked to the TVM was a critical concept
which presents the importance of TVM in multiple and single situations in the flow of cash, in
regard to the recent and future calculations of value. This promoted my capability to make
informed choices in relation to financial perspectives in regard to investment, accounting and
budgeting.
In regard to evaluating, the financial markets and dynamics in the rate of interest help
in broadening my comprehension in regard to the nature of the monetary system. The forecast
of different changes within the rates of interest and understanding the different components of
interest rates are additional skills in regard to the efficient navigation of the markets. In
addition, the emphasis on social ethics, CSR and management of human resources was
beneficial by highlighting the signficanbce of accountable business operations. Therefore, the
course was insightful in offering a profound comprehension of different principles of personal
and professional development, analytical mechanisms and moral considerations in
development. The course has offered a robust foundation for excelling in business investment
and managing different challenges.
