Laws which control healthcare are obtained from various sources and one source the
source is federal and state written constitutions. These sources of law are paramount and are
guided by rules of land and interest of people within their scope of disposal.
Parliamentary Conventions is also another source of law that controls healthcare. The
parliament is an arm of the government that amends rules that guide all sectors of the economy
in which healthcare lies within. Additionally, the power of parliamentary is instrumental and
influential that see all guiding principles are strictly followed in the health sector in the entire
nation.
The case law that rule the common law as well as equity in the health sector; the case
studies also acts as one of the dominant sources of laws in the health sector that have been
credited as instrumental to see issues and elements in the health sectors are given the green light.
General customs are also sources of law in the United States of America. Health sector
depends at large on general customs that acts as a stepping stone in creating balance in health
