Logistics refers to the organization and implementation of complex work or operations in
an organization. There are two main types of logistics that will be discussed in this paper, they
are, forward logistics and reverse logistics. This paper will classify and discuss the differences
between forward and reverse logistics, key issues concerning secondary markets, returns, and
