Question description

Create a course menu for a holiday, include 4 courses and each one should pair with a different wine. 1. soup or salad 2. appetizers 3. entree 4.dessert. I uploaded a file with an example of what it should look like, and some of the wine that we tasted in the class, so you can choose from those. After making a menu, please explain why you chose to pair those food and wine together, this is for my presentation.
