top three major safety and health issues in your firm, and write a policy on each, consistent with Occupational Safety &

Each of the five domains of OSHA must be considered when writing these three policies:

Therefore, the spreadsheet will be very crucial in budgeting as it will give the first step of
budgeting for the cots. The production budgets will be used in the cost control system of the
company. As we saw earlier, a budget can be used as a control tool for the business costs. The
production spreadsheets will be used by the business in cost budgeting. Therefore, the
spreadsheet will be used to define the costs to be incurred during the production process over the
one year accounting period.

Budgeting for costs can be done using various accounting techniques but for this
business, the basis of the allocating the total costs used the activity-based costing. Activity-based

costing is an accounting technique which applies the identified activities in the business and
makes cost allocations of each activity with resources to all the products according to their actual
