Consider the reality shock you have experienced as a nursing student. Think about how to continue your role as a lifelong learner to overcome future reality shock in the medical field.

Like anyone, I desire to lead a meaningful, successful, and impactful life. The
decision to pursue nursing as a lifelong career was motivated by this desire. Nursing
significantly contributes to a more immersive, technically, and emotionally supportive
healthcare experience for patients worldwide. According to the New York State Nurses
Association, hospitals with a lesser nurse-to-patient ratio have a significantly satisfactory
treatment record than near-peer organizations. Playing a role in such an important area of
responsibility to our society fuels my ambition. Moreover, it is an example of a practice that
will remain relevant and needed by people through the years and is, therefore, a logical,
reliable, and long-term career path....
