  • Human Resources Plan: Complete the human resources plan for the project as defined in section 9.1.3 (Develop Human Resources Plan) in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should include roles and responsibilities, a project organization chart, and a staffing management plan. Your plan should:
    • Analyze the roles and responsibilities in the following areas: Role, Authority, Responsibility, and Competency which are needed to complete a project.
    • Create a project organization chart that displayed project team members and their reporting relationships.
    • Create a staffing management plan that included how human resource management requirements will be met by including when and how project team members will be acquired and how long they will be needed.
  • Quality Management Plan: Complete the quality management plan as defined in section 8.1.3 (Plan Quality: Outputs) in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should include the quality management plan for implementing the organization's quality policy and the quality metrics. Your plan should:
    • Examine how the organization's quality policies will be implemented.
    • Examine how the project management team plans to meet the quality requirements set for the project.
  • Procurement Plan: Complete the procurement plan as defined in section, titled Procurement Management Plan, in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This plan should identify the types of external resources that must be secured, the process for selecting and managing these external resources, and the metrics to evaluate the external resources. Your plan should:
    • Examine how a project team will acquire goods and services from outside the performing organization.
    • Examine how the procurement processes will be managed from developing procurement documents through contract closure.

This paper describes a project implementation plan for a home building. The plan aims at
providing all the required strategies to realize a well-constructed home building for resale at a
profit. Thus, this plan involves the development of a practical human resource plan, quality
management plan and the procurement plan necessary for the realization of the set project
implementation goals and objects. Therefore, this document details the roles and responsibilities
of the involved staff including their reporting relationships and their management. Further, this
paper gives the quality management policies and requirements for the overall project. Since
home building project requires materials for its completion, this document details the
procurement procedures and the goods are services necessary for procurement.
Human Resources Plan
The human resource plan for the home building project shall involve the analysis of the
personnel while detailing their roles and responsibilities as well as their competencies and
authorities to accomplish the project. First, it is important to point out that this project shall
involve various people with diverse competencies. At the top level, this project shall employ a
project manager. The project manager shall oversee all the activities of the project to its
completion. He or she is required to have at least two years of experience in the building and
construction field and particularly in the same rank. Besides the project manager, there shall be
the project engineer. The engineer is responsible for giving advisory on the required standards
including the designs and materials for the construction. It is important that the project could be a
total failure without proper guidance on the right materials to use for a durable, standard and
profitable building. The engineer is also responsible for sourcing a skilled contractor. The
engineer shall coordinate the foreman on and give instructions as relayed from the project



manager. The foreman and the site manager shall ensure proper coordination of the daily
