This new home once built can be sold in order to gain a profit because it will be
lcoated in a prime neighborhood close to schools, shopping areas, and a main
highway.

The purpose of this project is to build new homes in desirable neighborhoods that
can be sold within 6 months of being completed in order to gain a profit and to
keep building new houses.

• All new houses meet quality checks/inspections with no less than 99% passing
approval
• All new houses sold within 6 months of competition
• 6 months after new homes owners lived in the house complete surveys on level
of satisfaction and areas that could be improved more specific here…is it 90%
of people complete….or are you looking for a certain score of satisfaction to
achieve? Metrics need to be measurable and specific

All construction for the completion of the home shall be done with as little impact
as is possible to the surrounding community and environment. The construction
zone and work area will have daily safety inspections as well as plan inspections to
ensure that the project is completed safely and correctly and adhering to the
company standards.
