Instructions
Submit a short paper or presentation identifying your chosen leader's organizational vision, how your chosen leader developed the organization's strategic direction, and what methods you would recommend that were not employed by the leader. Then, analyze evidence of the leader's personal, political, and positional power, assessing how the leader used that power to structure the organization, thus creating its culture.

ORGANIZATION VISION AND CULTURE
Organizational vision gives a future picture of the company. Leaders provide a picture of
how the organization will look like in the future. Essentially, mounting a culture that qualifies
people to share values, belief and behaviors are vital. A viable vision gives an organization
direction, strategic planning is important for arriving at such viable vision. This paper discusses
organization vision and culture. In addition, the strategic planning and the method employed for
an establishment of such plans.
An establishment of a strategic plan (Gregory, 2018) enables an organization to be
visionary. It communicates organization goals and how to achieve organizational goals. In this
paper, the focus is on a leader of a localized organization dealing with manufacture of clothes.
As a senior leader in the organization, he anticipates growing the company to an international
level. Moreover, he wishes the company to be in a position that it can compete with other global
