Description

I can watch a few youtube videos, but after a few videos it will only load 9 seconds then stop loading and it messes up my internet on my computer. (note: it only does it on my computer. It does not effect any other computers on my internet.) Even if I restart my browser nothing will load not even Skype or Spotify. It literally won't let me load anything internet wise and I have to restart my computer before I can do anything on the internet.ive tried cleaning cache and no go. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Explanation & Answer

Please perform the following steps as given below to resolve the issue. (Note: Steps are for windows 7 only)

1.Open the Start Menu.

A) Click onAll Programs,Accessories,System Tools, andSystem Restore.

2.Open theControl Panel (All Items View).

A) Click on theRecoveryicon.
B) Click on theOpen System Restorebutton.

A 'System Restore' window will appear. Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time'

A) Click on theNextbutton

Now you will find a window with Dates, Description and Type,

Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date. 

The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.


Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start. Click on theFinishbutton and windows will take a reboot.



(Note: Steps are for Windows XP only)

Switch ON the PC, boot the PC in 'Safe Mode' by continuously tapping F8 button after you switch On.

Let windows boot in Safe Mode and log in to windows.

Switch On your PC/ Laptop and log in to windows.
Go to 'Start'--->Programs--->Accessories--->System Tools--->Click 'System Restore'

A 'System Restore' window will appear.

Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time' and click Next


Now you will find one Month Calendar window with Dates below, go to the previous month by clicking the '<' sign in the upper left hand corner of the Month Calendar and select any date that you see in Bold.

Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date. 

The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.


Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start and windows will take a reboot.

After reboot your problem should be resolved.
