subordinates while transformational leadership is a leadership tactic that causes a change in

realized. It also has a hierarchal structure that is clear and concise. The disadvantages of this
system are that it does not inspire creativity since the leadership is unbending and does not bend
their principles plus rules as well as well as listening to suggestions from the subordinates. This
system is also quite insensitive as the management does not really put into consideration the
employee’s emotions so long as the tasks are done and rules followed.
Transformational leaders normally view themselves as social engineers in a way. The leaders
normally pursue to make changes and any perfections in the individuals and the social systems.
