Significance of Study
Technology in healthcare is essential as it helps in the determination of the issues that
continue to face the health sector. The focus on the implementation of technology is to focus on
the different applications that help in increasing the efficiency of working in the home and the
discussion of the changes that continue to face the sector. The provision of the plans in
healthcare is to assist on the management of the delivery measures, and this means focusing on
the policies that help in the management of the different agencies in the facilities that the
organizations adopt. It is essential to analyze the quality required in the healthcare sector as this
helps in the management of the different industries and the interaction that is enhanced by the
usage of technology (Nakrem et al., 2018). The importance of the delivery measures in the
organization is to strengthen the design of the system, and this creates the need to focus on the
changing environment and the implementation of the factors that increase the operations of the
home.
With technology, there is an analysis of the dependence of the dependence of the
departments on sharing of the patient information and this allows for the analysis of the various

complexities likely to arise in the usage of technology. The importance of the usage of
information technology is to assist in the collection of the patients’ information, and this is
important as it guides the accuracy of the information collected. It is critical to ensure that there
is the recording of the information that analyzes the complexities of the change in the institution
as this will help in the empowerment of the employees in increasing the change that is
implemented through the use of technology.
The components of the infrastructure are essential in the organization as it will focus on
the digital sharing of the information and this assists in the provision of the infrastructure that
helps in the management of the interests of the hospitals. There is focus on the provision of the
information that is guided by the elements of healthcare, and this is important as it assists in
increasing coordination in the home. The personal information that belongs to the patient is
assessed through the analysis of the various agreements in operation, and this helps in the
application of the HITECH act and the utilization of the inception change that help in increasing
the operation of the organization. The accessibility measures are necessary as they help in the
certification of the changes that continue to take place and this helps in the utilization of the
various programs in increasing the change that the organization requires. The technicalities of the
changes in the organization are observed from the coordination methods, and this helps in
increasing the value required in the management of change in the access to Medicare (Jie Mein,
Guodong & Ritu, 2011). It is essential to focus on the different acts in the implementation of
technology as these guides the role of the healthcare organization in the implementation of the
change required in the environment.

merging concepts, and this creates the efficiency in the different departments enhancing the
collaboration of the employees. It is essential to focus on the system operations that increase the
clinical processes, and this helps in the reduction of the breaches of data and the programming of
the operations of the company. It is vital that changes home focuses on the replacement of the
healthcare systems and upgrading of the devices that helps in increasing the provision of the
services in the long run. The association of the rules of technology is crucial as it helps in the
limiting of the accesses and the improvement of the protection of the information of the patients
(Rajiv, Sarv & Terence, 2012).
The study will focus on increased efficiency of the experiences and the rights that help in
the management of the accessibility measures. The productivity of the employees is assessed
through the determination of the ease of their roles, and this is important in tailor-making of the
changes and the assessment if the collaboration measures in the organization. The clinicians are
aware of the role that they play in enhancing the application of the measures of competition
through the adoption of technology. It assists in the improvement of the performance of the
organization and the effective management of the cognitive abilities of the employees in the
usage of the technology (Rajiv, Sarv & Terence, 2012). The need to elaborate the changes in the
institutions is essential as this encourages the addressing of the concerns in the operation of the
institutions. The susceptibility of the challenges of the adoption of technology is analyzed, and
this creates the need to focus on the various interfaces that manage the employment of the
technical measures. There is an assessment of the operational environment and the need to
manage the growth measures in the institutions.

this case, the project targets the home health care provider (Kothari & Garg, 2016). The primary
aim is to integrate the service with IT and achieve the objective outlined and ensure they can be a
reality.
Milestone associated with IT in the health sector: The incorporation of IT in the area of
health has become a sensation that keeps on growing. The critical importance that IT will be able
to achieve when incorporated in the health sector is one, documentation and tracing of a console
will be easy. Also, it will enhance diagnostic driven plan apart from smart scheduling (Wilson &
McEvoy, 2012). Additionally, it will strengthen automatic billing on the patients' services and
improve transparency.
The resources needed for the full implementation of the IT include the creation of
software that is capable of handling all related medical cases and also give accurate feedback to
the users of the software. For the software to be a sufficient success funding is needed to ensure
the computers are available, internet connection is critical and ultimately getting the best
software on the market.
The users of the software will range from different users. The primary users will be the
doctor and the patients. The doctor will be able to input data regarding the patient's signs and
symptoms. Then the prescription given will be relayed to the patients. Nurses will also use the
system in scheduling the medication to the patient further the billing will be processed through
the system. The IT experts will be needed to be present at all times to ensure a smooth running of
the software.
The narrative report is going to undertake the quantitative approach. The reason as to
why the project will be using this method it is because the research is experimental. The
inclusion of IT in health is a new phenomenon as such constant observation is needed to ensure

the move is safe. The approach will involve several simulations, experiments and inferential
statistics to ensure the objective is attained with the inclusion of IT in the health sector.
The target population of the project will be two. One is the older adults; this is because
they need constant care and attention in matters relating to their health. Constant supervision
may sometimes prove to be tiresome the use of IT will go a long way in making the monitoring
process simpler. The second group is the patients they can be young or ol...
