market size, brand visibility and reduce the cost of marketing. This is good as it enables a
business to increase its contact with its customers. This enables a business to be more familiar to
its customers and easily relatable or recognizable by the potential and existing customers.
Furthermore, there is an increase in brand loyalty and the content posted can be used to gain
more customers. There are many companies that use social media for marketing and one such
organization is Nestle. Nestle is a global food and beverage company. The company has its
social media base on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram among others.
The nestle Facebook page has 11,019,052 followers and is accessible at

are talking about. There is lots of current content on the Facebook page. The average number of
