Introduction
We have to admit that information technology has come and taken the world with a big
bang. Information technology has become the tool that most businesses are using in order to
achieve their goals. The human resource department has not been left behind in all this. The
HRM deals with activities such as training, hiring and also rewarding employees with things like
promotions and bonuses so as to continue motivating them. HRM is the department that makes
the workplace competitive or not depending on how it deals with the employees of an
organization or company.

Information technology has shown that the human resource department benefits a lot
from it. It is highly contributing to the success of any human resource department. The growth of
information technology plays a big role in the HRM department when it comes to improving
