In the year 2013, February a lawsuit was filed against Marriott inn by the legal aid
society law center together with the TRE legal. The accusation against Marriott inn was that they
discriminated against servants who were blind not knowing that disability is not inability and
therefore they should be treated the same way as the other servants.
All this discrimination began when the bosses needed a blind worker to use remote
computer software which is very difficult for them. Marriott’s necessities were that the bosses to
