Introduction
Problems and conflicts are a part of every organization, and they occur in the daily
activities of the employees. Problem-solving skills are appropriate in discovering solutions to
challenging matters in the organization. Conflict management is also important as it helps in
solving conflicts that occur between the employees or between the employees and the employers.
To understand conflict management and problem-solving skills, I will evaluate the manager of a
