The goal statement for collaboration purposes will entail having goals to look forward to
that will ensure there is seamless cooperation between the two individuals. Collaboration
between the teacher and the assistant will help the team have a single mission that they will work
toward accomplishing. For instance, the goal statement will cover and guide in school
improvement through choosing power standards. The power standards will depend on three
criteria that impact the collaboration and goal statement. The first one is the endurance which
