In Chapter Six, potential barriers of e-learning readiness to implementing e-learning as a training method are examined. In a two page paper (excluding the title and reference pages), examine e-learning and the barriers. Include the following in your paper:

E-learning is a training or learning method delivered or acquired by utilizing technological
techniques to access education outside the classroom. This method often involves pursuing courses
or programs among the learners in online platforms. According to Kopp (2014), e-learning is
concerned with students or employees who opt to learn via internet or electronically such that they
can obtain a course through communication with the trainers who offer the program or other
trainees or students. Further, in e-learning, one can obtain the course in a live video, or a trainer
can prerecord a lesson and then deliver it to learners electronically
