Every organization, big or small, requires approaching management from a strategic
perspective since it enhances the chance of success. Therefore, the prosperity of an
organization is dependent on its capabilities to implement a long-term business strategy and
corporate values which are key in aiding the business achieve both strategic plan and
objectives. Di-Bridge organization will be utilized for the purpose of this case study. DiBridge is a promising start-up intended to begin in the near future. Nonetheless, besides the
company not yet being in operation, there are entrepreneurial concepts regarding its
management structure and planning. For the purpose of the paper, it will involve the analysis
of the components of the strategic management process, the strategic orientation and
corporate values that guide the company in the achievement of its strategic objectives in line
with its mission and vision.
Particularly, Di-Bridge will be a progressive IT business that will have a crucial
context of the market it will concentrate in. The organization is entering a market of cloud
computing where it will work towards fulfilling the needs of different remote users who have
problems in getting computer gears in playing AAA-games. It is evident that the management
of Di-Bridge requires the incorporation of strategic concepts based on the managerial
decisions to be made. The strategy of the organization must be defined. Besides, the
management process should be distinct by the ways through which the top management make
strategic choices that enable the organization to perform better. Furthermore, a well-defined
strategic management process ensures the identification the organization’s structural
components and making sure that they work in synergy. Thompson and Martin (2010)

components of strategic management process. Therefore, strategic management process can
be termed as a continuous process that enables the appraising of the business in which an
organization focuses on and fixing goals and objectives to meet the needs of the clients.
