government's war in Far Away will be allowed in public. However, rallies that oppose the war
may be held only on private property." Explain why this regulation is unconstitutional.
The regulation is unconstitutional, because the rallies have only be open for private, in which, it
was only limited. It seemed that there is UNFAIR manipulation of the regulation which been
implemented by the government when it comes to rally opposing against the war. This condition
is not fair for those individual who wants to cooperate with the said activity. Through, it will be
public only if the rallies will be Far Away.
Explain why there is a need for administrative agencies such as the Federal Communications
Commission to promulgate rules relating to public communications.
This is because, these agencies will the one who provide valid and proven regulations towards
public communication, in which, they were capable to manage and see people on how the
rulemaking procedure functions with the goal that individuals from the general population may
successfully take part in it. They were also the one who set up particularly for people, private
ventures, and other people who don't take part in the process of "notice and comment".
The city of Ames announces in that in the city's municipal hall, only exhibits and artifacts about
politically neutral topics will appear. It will not allow exhibits or artifacts that deal with hot
