Compare and contrast the models to help your audience understand the differences. The audience for your presentation will be the CFO of your organization who doesn't have much IT or security experience. The presentation should be a minimum of 12 slides in length. Introduction
Cloud computing has several advantages
These include instant provisioning, scalability, virtualized
resources, and the capability to expand server base
Public computing resources used for quality assurance
evaluation (Balasubramanian & Aramudhan, 2012)
Such resources also used where user demand falls and peaks at
specific durations of the month, day, year
Compliance and security not major issue in public cloud
computing
Private cloud computing resources has a single-tenant
environment (Kahate, 2013)
In the environment the storage, hardware and networks are
managed by a single client
Private and Public Computing
Public cloud resources has advantages such as :
Use of a utility model that is economical
No contracts since client only pays for hours that they used the
resources (Kahate, 2013)
shared hardware, and self managed resources for technical buyers
that manage and setup server details
Private cloud computing offer benefits such as:
Security due to management by a single client,
compliance since the data storage, hardware, and network settings
are determined by single client (Hashizume et al., 2013)
Customization with hardware, network, and storage performance
being specific in a the cloud
Hybrid deployment with dedicated and virtual servers
