Internet recruitment widens the scope for the candidates over which the recruiting entity
can reach. Many candidates can access job announcements and contact employers immediately.
They are also able to know the location of the organization, the industry over which the
organization operates, the skills required by the employer and apply for the vacancies through the
online sites, for example, LinkedIn.
Internet recruitment has also been seen to be time-saving. Individuals can search at any
time and succeed within a short time. This is because both the candidates and employers can access
each other more efficiently over the internet. It allows candidates to upload their resume over the
career sites and they are made public in order for recruiters and employers to see them for
