The pay for performance system is the remuneration pattern or arrangement whereby a
section of the individual’s payment depends on the performance assessed concerning the defined
measure. Generally, the components concerning the remuneration arrangements are independent
with consideration to the amount at risk, (Park & Sturman, 2016). Therefore, the pay for
