This novel which realistically describes what befalls an elderly knight who was always
reading about romance and even had his horse just to seek adventure. Since the man has been
reading a lot of books this man has been obsessed with chivalrous ideas and he decides that he
needs he needs to help the helpless and also destroy the wicked. His first adventure fails but the
second one he decides that he needs to take another route and he persuades a laborer by the name
Sancho Panza in return he promises this man to make him a wealthy governor of an aisle
(Echevarría, 2015) On his adventures, Don Quixote becomes more of a bandit than a savior. He
engages in stealing and hurting individuals. At one point he abandons a boy and leaves him at the
hands of a farmer who happens to be evil with the main reason being that the farmer promised
not to hurt the boy. At the end of the story, we get to learn that the illustration of the demise of
chivalry is the main cause for this particular novel.
In this story, we encounter the image of women. Their image is established at the
