Introduction

The management of a phone manufacturing company is not an easy job. Appkia
Technologies is a manufacturing company whose main objective is the manufacture of phones.
The company was founded in 2006, and since then it has been focusing on developing better
models of phones. It focuses on selling its products in the international market.
Mission
The mission of the company is “To bring together all the people in the world into one
global village through mobile communication.”
Stakeholders
The company has various stakeholders. The management team has the role of guiding
how things should be done in the company and ensuring that the objectives of the company are
met (Pater and Van Lierop, 2006). The employees work in the company under the control of the
management team. Suppliers supply the raw materials needed for the company’s activities. The
owners of the company who are also part of the management team are interested in ensuring that
the company remains profitable. The company also has shareholders who influence the way the
decisions are made in the company through the committee that they have selected to oversee the
activities of the company and act on behalf of all the shareholders. As argued by Pater and Van
Lierop (2006) the customers are also stakeholders of the organization.

that originate outside of the organization. Internal forces include changes that are proposed by
