The effect on each nation's economy has been contributed mostly by the absenteeism of
the employees in various industries or sectors. When we talk about the absenteeism of the
workers then it usually means the act of the workers to fail to turn to their various sectors or
industries where they normally work or do their daily duties. This sort of failure to turn to
their various areas then explains the possibility of those workers not working and also the
various sectors where they work will definitely be affected in one way or the other and due to
this kind of effect then it will lead to the economy of the nation where the absenteeism is
taking place to be affected negatively. This negativity makes the nation development not
happen at the rate which the nation was expecting to take place. Despite the absenteeism
taking place in a certain sector, there is a body which deals with such problem in the industry
which is the human resource management, which usually has strategies of dealing with sort
of absenteeism where they do this by first determining the main cause for the absenteeism. It
is true that the absenteeism is usually employees intentional and normally employers will
always expect a certain number of employees to miss differently every year, but this kind of
absenteeism might have the impact on the productivity of the company, company strategies,

been considered a very major problem in Human Resource Management for a very long time
