Introduction
Cognition is a crucial process, which defines individual well-being through the integration
of different practices through learning. The ability to integrate successful concepts within a given
setting is essential in identifying an individual development. Cognitive psychology forms a crucial
part of human development, and it integrates important mental processes such as language use,
memory, perception, attention, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving.
The ability to effectively incorporate these concepts defines an integral focus on critical processes
that determine a positive individual development (Psychology, 2013). Cognitive psychology has
integrated diverse methods, which provide a fundamental knowledge of fundamental processes
that define a definite focus on how they influence individual engagement.
