Businesses are looking for innovative ideas and products to make the firm more beneficial, productive and cost-effective. In this article, I will demonstrate a division of the SuperMart Inc which will execute a new and creative approach in which they will produce and offer services to their customers. The division aims at overcoming competition from other firms and maintains the organization in the market. In this article, I will portray the dreams of the division and its plans on how they will execute their strategies successfully. Furthermore, I will show how the vision, mission of the new division aligns with the company's goals and visions. I will outline how the new department chooses its techniques based on the vision, qualities, and missions of SuperMart Inc. Finally, I will show the qualities which drive the organization’s new division based on the culture, moral and social duty of the company (Cassidy, 2016). The new product for the new division Introduction The cost of production is increasing, and the government permits even the lowest amount has to rise. Supermart is investing in a new production division which will help it achieve its goals and objectives. In a few years, the company is willing to develop the fast-moving eatery PROPOSAL OF A NEW DIVISION 4 which has started working. The firm aims at extending the menus to offer various kinds of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and greens inside the SuperMart stores. The difference in this new pursuit from other food eateries is that the company will employ a robot in the nourishment region. The use of a robot will spare the company some cash. A study done, showed that hyperactive firm tried to use a robot as the administrator and it was successful. With the new and developed design of the robot administrator, the statement of purpose of SuperMart is “sparing individuals cash with cash so that they can live better.” (Mcdonald, 2016) Customer services and accomplishes that will keep the division the upper hand in the competition The new service to be provided by the firms will offer quality and nourishment at a lower cost to its clients is there will be underwriting because of the advancement in technology and no human will be serving in the nourishment sector but a mechanical director. Using the robot will save much time and productivity will be high. The rate of producing sandwiches and broil will be high. Reduction of production time of the lunches will improve the quality of nourishment offered by the organization. Using a root will also reduce the cost of employing a new worker to prepare and provide instructions on how the food should be done (Mcdonald, 2016). Vision and plan of the new division The vision of this new arm of Supermart is to be creative and be focused on using the available technology to offer quality services which will empower the organization to provide food services at a low cost. The design of this new department of Supermart will be a fast-moving food eatery which will be inside the Supermart stores. The new menu will incorporate chicken, cold sandwiches, PROPOSAL OF A NEW DIVISION 5 burgers, angle sandwiches, greens, franks, onion rings, soda, espresso, cakes, pizza, chips, and fries. The robot will deal with the production of nourishment services. It will be used to determine the amount of nourishment to be cooked. Its deployment will help prevent misuse of the available resources. The robot administrator will monitor the inventories to ensure nothing runs out of stock and no foods go past their expiry date. The robot will act as the leader of all the activities in the eatery hence the administrators of the stores will have less work to do (Cassidy, 2016) . Vision and mission The mission and vision of the new eatery services will go hand in hand with Supermart vision and mission. The vision of the new eatery is to be innovative and aggressive in the production of best fast food. The purpose of the eatery is to use new technology to reduce the cost of production of services and products and give the best fast moving food at a standard price. Lowering the cost of production will mean that the firms will be able to in new invent kinds of foods to be served in the eatery (Cassidy, 2016). Approximation of the new Division The use of automatic chief in the system within the organization is that the model can lower and cut the high costs of working. The company can gain an additional advantage that will help it to reflect on its goals accurately. The introduction fee is approximated to be $4200. The yearly programming fee ranges from fifteen hundred dollars to three thousand dollars in every framework. Nevertheless, when the system has quality and newly developed, sustenance is likely to deliver more activities in the store. The customers are likely to be drawn out in the store for a PROPOSAL OF A NEW DIVISION 6 more extended period. It will also increase the chances of the customers to buy different types of products from the store that they never planned (Cassidy, 2016). Qualities managing the vital heading of the division for the strategic direction The management of an organization is usually based on the mission, esteem proclamation, and vision. It acts as the primary rule in the vital intention of the company objectives. The function of the significant changes is to streamline the preparation nourishment. It plays a significant role in making more proficient use of the mechanical chief. The new advances demonstrate on how the company is likely to gain more performance quality. It can be illustrated by introducing a new robot in the system that can make sandwiches by effectively cooking them quicker than human. The action improves the productivity of the company and saves time. It is the primary heading that empowers the company to realize its vision of providing the best system. The company will be in a position of delivering proper sustenance and better customer services. Furthermore, the inventions will provide average and quality efficiency in the company. The clients can live prestigious and a superior lifestyle (McDonald, 2016). Quality standards in regards to morals, social duty and culture about the division The invention has been the critical driving force in the current social business obligation, the evolving society and the ethical conduct of the company. The organization needs to accurately define specific advances that are likely to drive the company in the right direction. It helps the company to be more effective in its business environments and adapt to market trends and changes. The company needs to make appropriate directives and changes in its morals to the society and the social duty (Cassidy, 2016). PROPOSAL OF A NEW DIVISION 7 Culture The primary social goal for the new inventions in the division is to enhance cooperation and promote proper customer services. The customers are the principal promoters in the organization, and they deserve to be appropriately served since they are always right. The cooperation as a group will ensure that the organization gains better benefits and the issues that are raised by the customers are well handled. The company will also provide an open suggestion entry to enable the employees to make necessary contributions. It means that the company will always invite new thoughts and ideas to ensure regard for each. The humans will be working in specific conditions better for them, unlike the robot that works in a diverse environment in comparison to humans. The robot does not require standard managing issues during the working hours. Humans need to work within certain adaptive conditions, unlike the android which is modified to perform specific work. The workers will work within the stipulated state to ensure that the work is accomplished in line with the mission and the vision of the organization (Tomczak et al. 2018). Social responsibility The utilization of the mechanical inventions will promote product and service efficiency. It will be in-line with the vision and mission of the organization, and then handling the issues in the company will be made much easy. The system will also provide an open the door to accommodate many people with diverse ideas to stir the company forward. The cost of operation will be cut, reduce fuel utilization and improve time efficiency in the company (Wheelen et al. 2017). PROPOSAL OF A NEW DIVISION 8 Ethics and Morals Ethics defines how the business and services will be established and directed. Every working individual is needed to operate in a way that improves trustworthiness within a specific environment. Faith and respect is another aspect that needs to be upheld between the employees and the customers. Therefore, all the representatives have the responsibility to conduct themselves reasonably and ethically. Conclusion ` In conclusion, I have obtained an advanced system that contains an extension comprising of current services and products. The system also defines how the requirements of the customers will be addressed to accomplish the goals of the company. The paper also provides a prediction of the vision and the possible plans that the organization will accomplish in future. It also provides clarification on how the new vision and mission are in line with the Supermart's primary objectives and goals. The system provides a prediction of how the division will provide efficiency that will be in line with the mission, estimation and the vision of the company. Running head: SWOT ANALYSIS 1 SWOT Analysis SWOT ANALYSIS Executive Summary Many companies have come to the realization that environmental analysis is a powerful strategic tool that cannot be avoided. As far as SuperMart Inc and its effort of producing new services and products in the food market is concerned, environmental analysis is of great significance when it comes to identifying all the internal as well as external elements which can highly affect its performance. With these evaluations, the organization is in the position to translate them into the decision-making process. Environmental analysis is there to aid in aligning strategies with the environment of the SuperMart Inc. For the organization to achieve maximum success with its new division, changes are made based on considering the internal environmental factors which are the events occurring within the firm and also focusing on the external environmental factors that make up those events that occur outside of the firm hence difficult to predict or control. Carrying out an environmental analysis a lot as is the basis upon which the SWOT analysis revolves. SWOT which is an acronym for the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, as well as Threats faced in running any business venture is a wonderful tool that SuperMart Inc can utilize in determining the advantages and also the disadvantages of changes being made and this is based on internal and external factors. This paper will revolve around conducting an environmental analysis which will aid in carrying out the SWOT analysis and other things that are vital for the maximum success of the proposed new division of SuperMart organization and its business model. 2 SWOT ANALYSIS 3 Introduction Just like many other businesses, SuperMart is concerned with investing in a new production division an act that will see the organization achieve its goals and objective. The business desires to develop the food market and take it to the next level by extending the menus to provide various kinds of pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, as well as greens inside the stores of SuperMart. However, as this happens through the various strategies in place, the organization is succeeding if there is an external and internal environmental analysis that would help in conducting the SWOT analysis and this is what the paper is meant to cover. Environmental Analysis Practicing strategic management at SuperMart Company will highly require the organization to conduct an environmental analysis which as discussed earlier, focuses on both the external and internal environment. There are factors to consider in each of these environments that help to determine the progress or the future of the proposed new division. The external environment consists of events that affect the business from outside and the firm has little or no control over them. The first factor to consider under this category is legal and regulatory (Fleisher, & Bensoussan, 2003). An organization and the government have diverse motivations. The laws established by the government have a great role in the success of SuperMart. This factor enables the business to have qualified workers who have knowledgeable information in serving the customers and they pay taxes. Introducing the new division would be compulsory for the firm to offer the workers the necessary training and code of ethics a practice that would help it in avoiding legal actions. SWOT ANALYSIS 4 The economic factor is yet another area that plays a tremendous role in the mission of the company. The organization relies to a great extent on the wood-burning pizza oven, craft beer and wine bars, and chair massages booths all of which are amenities incorporated in the store to bring in business. When the economy is facing a downfall, bringing in more amenities like a salad bar as well as a juice bar would be minimal risk whereby great results would be directed to the organization. Global external factors also require careful consideration as competing firms everywhere tend to change the price or adopt new strategies. Being focused on this area can help a lot in getting to new markets as well as playing a great role in promoting healthy living. However, challenges such as limited suppliers may be experienced. There is the technological factor in the external environment that can determine a lot the progress of the new proposed division. For instance, adopting new technology will help a lot in developing the organization (Frishammar, & Åke Hörte, 2005). However, when there is expensive technology for the company to acquire, competitors may use it to their advantage hence reduced income for SuperMart. Whenever there is an industry or market change, there is an impact in which an organization operates. The future change in the market may generate favorable market due to preferences of customers being tuned to the products or it may result in loss of qualified staff which is a great threat. Sometimes employee promotion is strength as the workers remain focused. Innovation may be hard for SuperMart to control. However, being innovative increases the reputation of the firm. It is also a great opportunity for the company to charge higher prices for new products before competitors wake up. Innovation may, on the other hand, pose a great threat in terms of time consumption and cost. Introduction
In the current market, competition is stiff. Success will require strategies and game plans
on how to stay ahead of competitors. As a result, an organization will be able to attract more
customers. More sales will be made and profits will increase. A business plan is a long-term plan
of action that is designed so as to achieve set goals. On the other hand, a strategy is a game plan
that is aimed at strengthening the performance of an organization.

Technology strategy
First, this new eatery project within the Supermart will require quick service delivery as
some customers will have limited time. To ensure that production and service delivery is faster,
robot technology will be incorporated to ensure that the preparation and serving of food are quick.

Apart from speed, robots are likely to reduce costs of production and increase efficiency.
First, machines are able to produce more output per given time compared to human labor ("Pushing
robot technology to its limits", 2013). Due to automation, the cost of production will be cheaper.
Inconveniences like worker strikes and absenteeism of some workers will be avoided as
technology will always be available.

Take-away packaging tactic
Some customers who come to shop have no time to waste in taking mills within the
shopping premise. To ensure that they buy, take-away packaging will be implemented. Sales will
be increased because those with no time can buy and eat on their way as they drive.

Methods to monitor and control business plan
A business plan is a documentation highlighting the key elements of how the business will
be operated. To ensure that the business will succeed, the market, operating budget, competition,
short term and long term objectives or goals must be monitored. The following methods will be
used to monitor and control the proposed strategic plan (Strohhecker & Größler, 2013).

Creation of plan review dates
A business plan cannot be implemented once. For a business to be successful, it should be
reviewed on a regular basis. For instance, when the expansion is quick, product and budget review
must be conducted to ensure that customer demands and desires are met through the necessary
adjustments of products and services. Further, customers may give opinions and suggestions that
will need to be implemented for them to feel more appreciated and respected.
Review dates will be set to align with the long-run and short-term goals. The comparative
analysis should be done to ensure that strategies that yield highest returns are implemented and
those associated with losses are adjusted or abandoned altogether. The shorter the review period,
the better the result. The review periods can be monthly, quarterly annually. A monthly review
will be the most appropriate as issues will be able to be identified at their early stages and
mitigation actions are taken.

Development of a tracking system.
Measurable goals will be tracked to assess the returns of the business. The revenues gained
every day will be recorded and progress assessed. For instance, if an adjustment of an operation

STRATEGIES AND TACTIC SECTION

has been implemented, revenues gained should be recorded determine if the adjustment is adding
returns. If not so, appropriate changes will be done or it will be abolished.
To ensure that competition is monitored, actions of rival firms will also be checked. Simple
tracking strategies like a staff member buying goods and services from a rival firm will be
implemented (Strohhecker & Größler, 2013). Upon gaining information from rival firms,
necessary changes will be made to stay ahead of the competitors.

Aligning marketing and business plans
First, a business plan entails the goals, mission, and vision of a business while a marketing
plan entails actions or how the goals and missions will be achieved or even exceeded. The two will
be aligned or made to overlap as it will ensure that goals are achieved more easily ("The market
planning guide: creating a plan to successfully market your business, product, or service", 2014).
If an element in the business plan is adjusted, it will also be adjusted to the market plan to ensure
that what is done will achieve the desired output.

Ethical issues and corporate social responsibility
Honesty in terms of quality and quantity of foods must adhere especially on packaged
foodstuffs. Otherwise dishonest will lead to a bad reputation that will cost the organization as it
will lose customers. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that food standards and
requirements are met. The hygiene standards will be observed right from the production to the
serving point. The Supermart Inc. will seek registration and approve from health and food legal
authorities to ensure that all legal requirements are made. It will also be the responsibility of the
company to report its return and pay taxes.

Triple bottom line (People, planet, and profit)
The organization will not just focus on profits but social and environmental responsibility
as well. The term planet entails environment responsibility (Bohmholdt, 2014). The organization
will ensure that the materials used for packaging are environment-friendly. The non-biodegradable
material will be used while plastic materials will be minimized. Further appropriate waste disposal
and treatments will be adhered to. On the other hand, the term people implies social
responsibilities. Employees will be paid well and respected. Further, the supplies of food products
will be paid fair and reasonable prices to ensure that they also gain profit.
