relations. They have been identified to bring about a technique of addressing issues,

This is when we consider the fact that different members vary regarding temperament,
frustrations, loneliness, jealousy, or rethinking processes. Other differences are experienced in
terms of spite, isolation, avoidance, trust, and opinions. These issues act as a significant
hindrance to the process of guidance and counseling since the human service provider must
possess the know-how on dealing with the differences (William and Marcellina, 2010). Sonia’s
