Employee motivation is influenced by some factors which include effective leadership,
stability, and money. Money as a factor in the motivation of employees attributes to among the
primary motivation means. It is therefore clear that the use of money as a tool for motivating
employees is primarily aimed towards the establishment of an environment where workers can
solely perform their duties. Money highly contributes to the effectiveness of the working
