Introduction
Team management is a crucial factor that needs to be considered in an organization. It
incorporates unity and reporting to managers hence making operations effective. There are some
projects in an organization that is needed to be done and without effective team management and
proper communication, the project might fail. As a manager of any organization company, one
has to focus on and resolve conflicts that are in the team members so as to make sure that the
goals, visions, and values of the organization are attained. This paper contains some of the
aspects that a manager I will be able to handle when solving conflict among team members
which hinders accomplishing a given project, options that I will have to take than replacing team
members and expands more on the difficulties that are associated with managing teams members
