Answer
In the above scenario, as an Educator of the Health Department, I will focus on the
relevant target audience for the certain announcement. My target audience would be the
American adults and those men who were actively having sex with the other men
(MSM). This shows that this announcement would include more than one target audience
to be considered. As we know, there is a big possibility of having HIV/AIDS to those
someone who is likely having sex with the same-sex person (men to men). Considering in
the United States, it was reported that this country has a high volume of individuals
having MSM, as they allow same-sex marriage, as well as the African Americans adults.
