Outsourcing and Logistics Based on the attached and assigned reading material from this week, in a 3-5 page paper, explain why (or why not) a company would decide to outsource logistical activity out to a 3rd party? What are the benefits from outsourcing? What are the risks? Who will gain from outsourcing?
