A. Describe your change
Living a healthy lifestyle is quite a challenge for me considering that I go out with
friends, I can easily access processed foods, and I also lack time for exercise. I have several
options available for alcoholic beverages, poor activity choices, and fast food that contradict
other my healthy lifestyle choices. There is, however, an urgent need to change this considering
that two of my friends were recently diagnosed with obesity. My change is therefore to adopt a
healthy lifestyle. I will make a commitment to lifetime nutrition and fitness habits that will help
me sustain a healthy, long lifestyle. I want to make an effort to alter my habits and follow my
wellness plan so as to have healthy lifestyle habits. My plan would, therefore, be to identify areas
where I need to improve in nutrition and fitness.

There are several benefits that I make in adopting a healthy lifestyle. First, I will be
