These cases are often mentioned by politicians during campaigns because the issues are still debated, even after the Supreme Court’s ruling.

United States of America has delegated its judicial powers in one Supreme Court under article III
of the constitution inaugurating the state judiciary. The U.S Supreme court is made up of nine
justices of whom 8 are Subordinate Justices of the Supreme Court and one Chief Justice
(McCloskey, R 2016). The President appoints the justices and the senate’s confirms and approve to
