The term leadership conveys a variety of the images. The first leadership example is the
political leader who is pursuing passionately on the representation of the member of the
community in the political arena. The second example is the explorer, who moves first and the
rest of the group follows him or her. Lastly, people think of an executive, who has developed his
or her company strategies to give an edge to the rival firms. Naturally, a leader motivates other
people and influence them to follow his or ideas. A leader does so by providing a direction,
formulate a vision and develop some peculiar strategies for people to support. According to
Alimo-Metcalfe, and Alban-Metcalfe, (2005), the term leader refers to as an act of leading,
motivating and influencing other people to follow someone ideas. Leadership entails mapping
what a person needs to achieve as a group. An effective leader should always be ahead of the
time, as well as selfless. Leadership should be consumed by an urge of serving people needs and
formulating new ideas to transform the entire organization, community or country. According to
Alimo-Metcalfe, and Alban-Metcalfe, (2005), transformational leadership should entail the
following details. They should be coached and build that effectively achieve the visions, and they
devote their efforts to the delivery of the idea. Leaders should create an inspiring vision of the
