Introduction
In any classroom around the world these days, there are many children with various
disabilities mixed with those without any form of disability. They, however, all need to pass in
spite of the fact that those with disabilities have got a harder time getting what is being taught in
class. Some of the most major disabilities facing students in class include learning, emotional,
intellectual and physical disabilities as well as autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit
hyperactive disorders among other health impairments. It is also unfair for a teacher to assume
that all the students in the class are the same without recognizing those with various disabilities.
Upon realization of these students, it is therefore of most importance to come up with various
classroom management measures that will intrinsic motivation and encourage engagement as
well as self-motivation of all the students in class despite their various disabilities. The following
table, therefore, is a demonstration of a classroom matrix explaining various classroom
management strategies of the above-mentioned disabilities and learning disorders.
