This is a strategic management tool that is mostly utilized by organizations to formulate,
clarify and communicate their objectives and strategies. It is made up of four major perspectives
that are tailored accordingly to respond to the business environment’s prevailing conditions. In
this case, the business is expanding globally, meaning the project team has to consider the global
