Explanation & Answer

Hello, attached find is the narrative section. I will be sending the presentation in a short while.
Hello,This is the second section. Thanks and all the best😎.
Employee Compensation and Benefits
The employee compensation and benefits package
from the narrative section is for a middle school
secretary in the Kingston region of New York
(Campion et al., 2018). The name of the school is
J. Watson Bailey Middle School (Campion et al.,
2018). First and for most, the mean annual wages
for the secretary will be $85, 570 and also the
secretary will get other employee benefits such as
medical benefits, vision benefits, life insurance
benefits, retirement benefits and much more.
The employee will be a nonexempt to
this particular program of employee
benefit and compensation and the main
reason for this is because it is a public
school and thus all the employees
working at any public organization
have equal rights in accordance to the
eyes of the government.
In terms of overtime, the employee
will be compensated in accordance to
the number of hours he has work
overtime of which the total overtime
amount in a particular month will be
added to his monthly salary (Campion
et al., 2018).
Other benefits that will be added to the
employee benefit plan in order to
motivate them in terms of their
performance at work include the
following:
The employee will be given a
special parking place for his or her
car and this will only be possible if
the employee has shown great
improvement in terms of job
performance within a few months
of being employed.
The employee will receive an
increase in salary, in the first few
months after he has shown
commitment and high level of
performance in his job.
After a year of being
successfully employed, the
employee will be promoted and
for this reason, he will be able
to receive additional advantages
over the other employees.
Employees will also get free trips
to any place they may feel they
want to visit and the main reason
for this is because it will help
motivate the employees since most
companies do not offer such kind
of privilege to their employees
(Campion et al., 2018).
The government and its various regulations
will be a great influence to this particular
compensation plan and the main reason for
this are because some of the benefits being
offered to the employee will directly be
paid by the government. This includes
benefits such as sick time, retirement
benefit, vacation and much more.
As we can see from the data in the BLS
website, employees and teachers from the
middle-level schools and also high schools
are receiving the same type of benefit as the
one stated in my package (Darma, &
Supriyanto, 2017). This is a clear indication
that my package is on the right track and
thus it should be accepted.
In terms of salary, employees of
the middles schools in the
Southwest and mid-Atlantic
region are all receiving an
annual payment of $85, 570
which is the same as the one
stated in my package.
In terms of compensation, we can
see that the employees in middle
schools in Southwest and Atlantic
region are being compensated for
the overtime work they have
performed which is also the same
as the one stated in my package.
In terms of benefits, the employees in
middle schools in Southwest and midAtlantic region are being given
employee benefits such as medical,
retirement and life insurance benefi...
