In the 2018 State CIO Survey (Links to an external site.), conducted jointly by The National Association of State Chief Information Officers, Grant Thornton LLP and CompTIA, state Chief Information Officers (CIOs) were presented with questions reflecting on new and existing technology issues affecting state government.
