Workplace conflict in any organizations arises due to the different personality and
opinions that individuals hold within the workplace environment. Individuals who have assumed
any managerial responsibility have the sole responsibility of ensuring that they bridge the gap
that exists between coworkers. Conflict within the workplace arises due to the diverse nature of
individuals and thus the slight differences in perceptions. Workplace conflict requires sufficient
