Communication
Communication is the means of sending and receiving information through speaking,
writing or through other communication channels. Communication is very crucial in the
business environment as it facilitates the interaction and passage of vital information between
management and employees in the working environment. Effective communication is the
fundamental tool for success to any business individual or owner. My success in carrying out
the daily business plans relies significantly on my strength to use the various communication
skills and features effectively and in the correct format. However, understanding everybody
around sometimes become a challenge to me.
Since I joined the college, I have learned that achievement of success in any business
relies on the useful communication ability of the management, employees, and clients. Various
communication skills promote my interaction in the working environment thereby enhancing
the morale in performing the web designing and interactive media roles

strong relationships in my business they include; active listening to others' opinions,
understanding of the non-verbal comments of clients and employees, remaining mindful of the
personal space of my business assistants, dealing with various points of view in the most
suitable ways and being assertive while solving emerging issues in my business.
To enhance the above communication skills, I have plans to improve my awareness and
skills essential for effective communication. My plans to understand the significance of the
positive attitude in the business environment, being aware of how my customers and clients
perceive me, being self-confident in making decisions using positive language always and
