Give here an honest indication that you've done so when you have read  the whole of Volkomer, Chapter 2.  As you read through the chapter, give  here too a rolling analysis of what you are learning.  If you were to   explain to a friend over lunch how and why the United States emerged  into a constitutional power, shedding our regions prior status as a  British colony, how.  drawing upon Volkomer's analysis, would, in sum,  would you explain that historical shift?  In the annotated Constitution,  what annotations supplied by Volkomer strike you as most helpful, or,  perhaps, as most biased?
