Description
I need an excellent writer to help write my final paper. It has to be 10-15 pages long written in APA style. I will also accept if the paper is a bit shorter. I'm not expecting a 15 page paper, but I need it long enough to receive a great grade. I need the paper to be on Sexism in the Workplace, or something to that extent. I will explain more with my acquired tutor.

Introduction
Stamarski and Son Hing (2015) define sexism as a discrimination that is always based on
one’s sex and gender. The issues of sexism have been a common occurrence and issues of
concern in the modern workforce although many people are reluctant to name certain
experiences and practices as sexist. This concept of the social behavior is reflected in the word
choices and patterns of speaking among the employees and it affects how they are seen at the
place of work (Dick, 2013). The concept of sexism is also a manifestation of the inequality
within the workplace evidenced by the differentiated social behaviors between men and women.
The difference in social behaviors between men and women in the workplace are mainly a result
of the expectations of the society based on sex and gender. The sexism factor has been a very
controversial concept with two different groups expressing different views. One group argues
that sexism is influenced by the reproductive organs of the human body while the opposing side
argues that sexism is affected by the social construct that is forced on every person no matter
how they identify themselves (Drury, & Kaiser, 2014). It is important to note that the sexism is
connected to the concept of masculinity and femininity, which indicates that the expression is
connected to the people being male or female biologically. In most societies, sexism is associated
with a binary system in that masculinity is associated with men and femininity women. Although
there are men and women who associated their social behavior with the society’s binary system,
women still experience discrimination due to their association with femininity. Therefore, sexism
in the workplace needs an intervention because it’s an ongoing issue worldwide. The subject is
often looked upon as being a taboo, but typically the issue affects women. Hence, it is essential
to come up with an intervention program where men and women can speak freely in their
workplace equally without any backlash.

Assessment of Sexist behavior at the Workplace
From an early age, men and women are taught that they must fulfill different aspects of
the binary system and these expectations are partially adhered to as people adopt different social
behaviors depending on their sex or gender. Essentially, women are supposed to be nurturing,
emotions and personable qualities where these qualities are supposed to guide their social
behavior including in rapport talk (Coates, 2015). This kind of social behavior especially the way
of speaking is common to women even those who operate in small towns where everyone knows
each other and information is divulged to determine the social value of each individual. On the
other hand, men are supposed to display masculine characteristics in their social behavior. They
are also supposed to be independent, logical and dominant especially in their report talk. The
basis of the behavior of men especially in their speech which is characterized by the social
networks through various institutional and intellectual spheres which are disconnected is based
on their socialization. The social behavior characterized by rapport speaking in women and
report in men is manifested to different degrees at various places of work.
It is good to note that different social behavior has shaped the way women and men are
viewed at their places of work. One of the very reliable methods of analyzing the influence of the
social behavior within the workplace is by studying the value attached to certain conversations
(Glick, 2014). For instance, according to the linguist, Janet Holmes, there are two types of
conversations ...
