Introduction
Transitioning from one field to another is stressful as it takes a considerable amount of
time before an individual is acquainted to his/ her new roles. However, setting the right strategies
can be helpful in ensuring that an individual is able to transit smoothly from one area to the
other. In a pursuit to transit from being a nurse to a nurse practitioner, often abbreviated as NP,
there are a couple of strategies as appended below that I can put to practice to ensure that I transit
smoothly.
